    This seemed like a dream to be able to auto load programs from magazines in the 80s without typing. Yiu had to type it in and hope it worked. This was before the checksum system’s most magazines later implemented.

    There wasn’t an internet where you could just download code. Yes there was CompuServe and The Source but that was real money / hour + long distance If you didn’t have access to a local dialling number.

    What a dream that wasn’t.
