I would also note this is not Atari ST related but seems to be the authors (Sami Tikkanen) initials. The more I spend in this site the stranger and more interesting it gets.

This is interesting but it lacks any organized info about its use. This page was a philosophical discussion about being a shell and os to use old computers in a new way and keep the, useful instead of being e-waste
