The only machine I ever saw kitted witted with a display on top was dragons lair. Having a monitor on op a lot more people could see what happening. When it came out it was if all other games were uninteresting. It was mobbed and swarmed for weeks. Lines up out the door to give your 4 Canadian quarters to play. I remember being mad that it was only 50 cents down in the states to play, just because it seemed you could play more.
