I have no idea of the MSRP, but I remember at Christmas 1982 when bought my Atari 400, The Sinclair was about U$99, the 5k Vic was around 249, the 16k Atari 400 was $400 and the 48k Atari 800 was $800 and I think the c64 was around 500 or 600. The Coleco was around but I don’t recall the price. I do remember ther iBM and Apple were only for very rich people at prices well over $1000.
