    Although “slow”. It was the inspiration on the much beloved 6502. Chuck Peddle worked on the 6800 at Motorola before he left for MOS to do the 6502. The 68000 of course was a much loved successor to the 6800. I have had a much fun with the 68k as I have with the 6502
